Omega 2024.09.02 — Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

TTYD Omega is a full script restoration mod that aims to manually restore as much of TTYD's original 2004 English script as possible (with a few small caveats), in addition to readding a few details from the 2004 Japanese release.

Omega only covers the remake's US English script, (presumably) works with every version (1.0.0 and 1.0.1) of the game, and is incompatible with any other mod that edits the game's dialogue.

Omega was primarily tested with Yuzu, but it also works fine in Ryujinx. It also works on original hardware. Also includes customizable "sub-mods" (for example Vivian US vs. ACTUAL Japanese). Version 0.9, there may be a line or two they missed during the restoration process, and there's still a few things they'd like to add (the N graffiti in Rougeport), so the version number isn't 1.0 yet. The creator of this mod opted to release it slightly earlier than they otherwise would because this mod's already taken too long to make, and they think most people will be content with it in its current state
