What I'm aware of:

Broken Ranks , but the turns have a very short time limit

Mist Legacy, which I enjoyed but has a bunch of timegates


Dofus/Wakfu, some weird French games

Played the **** out of Atlantica Online back in the day. Its biggest charm exactly being a turn-based MMO, it felt really unique. There was a 25 second time limit per turn tho.
