This was a 28 page special published physically/digitally in 2017 in the German magazine "Making Games", it begins on page 47. Tracking down a copy was not easy. I don't know if this is archived anywhere, perhaps on the germanet.

I found 56 issues, some are duplicates in English/German, archived them on archive.org
