Any reason to play this over the original or vice versa? I assume this one is easier to set up, which already makes it tempting.

The mouselookhack patch is enough for me, but this is p.interesting.

Only real flaw with the original is the world item limit you have to be conscious of and the game not really telling you about the context specific interaction mode that simplifies a lot of the interactions that is the default in SS1. This one looks very ugly with the modern lighting and 3d models.
