Since "released" no longer actually means finished and I enjoy playing finished games, I wanted to begin tracking when games are actually finished. If you've noticed that an RPG has received an update you believe to be final, post it here and I'll add it to a list along with the version / date.

Is this a thread specifically for WRPGs? Almost all JRPGs are finished upon release. The only offline singleplayer one I can think of that is still in development is Elin.
