Is there a game with a fully customisable protagonist appearance without the possibility of playing as a woman?

I reckon all games which let you modify your character appearance-wise (not just armor - I mean the pixel flesh) always include the option to play as a woman. Is there any game where this isn't the case?

Two Worlds has only male player character. I wouldn't call the character fully customizable but there are some options like in Morrowind's character creator.

You can make female characters in the game and there is no gay sex. Furthermore, there is female companions and you can even play as a female with only female companions.
