Ex Voto: Peak Feminism the Game

Post by RangerBoo »

- Woman who looks like a 13 year old boy and looks like she weighs 88 pounds shredding full grown plate armor male knights in 1v1 combat.
- Woman also has a ******** haircut.
- Also swinging a sword like a ******* stick.
- English Accents in Italy.
- Lesbian love interest voiced by Shadowheart's insufferable VA.
- Lesbian knight fighting for her female "beloved".
- Mary-Sue girl boss power fantasy.
- Catholic Church will undoubtedly be the bad guys.

Guys... I think we may have found the wokest game of the year.

I'm not sure who the target audience for this is. Or why this slop even deserves this much attention.

woke works when the characters aren't 250lbs sheboons and are able to trigger cumbrains in one way or another (like lesbian fetish in this one).

That only works if the lesbos are attractive like in the Legend of Korra. Realistic looking ***** sell just as poorly as 250lbs sheboons. Men aren't going to play and coom to a game if the lesbos look like 13 year old boys pretending to be tough guy dude bros.

I hate all these games that treat antagonist/opponents as cartoon villains. It's like a movie game will have a historical faction that was just territorially, but not morally, different from the protagonist, then they just turn them into cartoon "kill puppies" monsters.

Meanwhile mil-sims will feature Nazi generals at the same level as Allies generals on the cover art and there's no hemhawing about it. I pray for the safety of the milsim autists, may your niche never be infiltrated.

Exactly. It's going to fail miserably and I'm not sure why it deserves any attention at all.

Because the developers are asking for it and seeing them get humbled that their anti-Catholic bull **** romance game fail will be funny.

Half of her attire is a knight's armour, and the other half is naked, but that's the one she uses to wield the sword!

The symbolism in this game is like a shovel in the face. Clever! *eyeroll*

But anyway... penis haircut =

Reminds me of the zealot in Darktide before it was revealed that there would be customizable characters. Same thing; woman with a bowl cut in over her head and hit with a bit of the ugly stick.

Really hate that look. Would have sucked to be stuck with that thing, especially coming from a game with a character as recognizable and keyed as Vicky Saltz.

Boy! I can't wait for the empowered lesbian knight game to epically own the chuds and beat Knight's Path! This game is so much better than that homophobic, transphobic, misogynist slop game! Ex Voto is going to prove that gay, ***** and ***** people are an audience you don't want to mess with!

Plus a fair number of those views are probably people like you inflating its publicity by hatewatching it, so the actual number of people interested in it legitimately is even smaller.

Watched the trailer until I heard the classic line "the world is not fair", then stopped and felt my cortisol raise slightly. The easiest way to spot a feminist product these days, whatever it may be, is that it always includes a line about how unfair or unequal the world is, which is their "justification" to alter reality and raze tradition. Course, it was already obvious with the design alone, but it ain't feminism unless some ugly ***** is whining about the world being harsh. This rhetoric is copy/pasted with no real deviation at this point, not even that enjoyable to mock. At this point, it just pisses me off how lazy our ideological rivals are.

The thing about feminists is that they know that nobody likes these characters but they don't care. They believe that they are in a war of attrition against the patriarchy and "the chuds" and over time they will wear down the men ideologically and win. Once they do they will begin to mold young boys and men into their way of thinking and get them to accept and love these characters. Unfortunately for the feminists men are built to withstand attrition and women not so much as history has shown. This is a war that feminists will lose badly and you are seeing the first signs of them losing the war.

An important element of this you didn't mention is that feminists, like most liberals, are blank-slatists. Again and again you see articles by feminist moms crying because they raised their sons to be gender-neutral deracinated Europeons but their sons somehow ended up enjoying war and violence anyway. Which, to them, only proves that evil patriarchal society is even stronger than they thought and even more important to destroy. They truly believe that, once they immanentize the eschaton, human nature will go away and men will learn to act like women.

To be fair, human nature WOULD go away, since their proposal would lead to human extinction. Their philosophy leads to subreplacement birth rates that will lead to their extinction and replacement by the Amish. Even Islam is not able to help: Their birth rates are sinking, too. No, the future belongs to the Amish, the only demographic that isn't heading into a death spiral.

We won't have to worry about vidya games in this future because the Amish don't play vidya.

When I first looked at that thing they call the protagonist, my first assumption was that of a teenage boy.

I shouldn't have been shocked tbh.

I will be playing this game with friends when it comes out. Thought it will be good for a laugh. I am planing on making a review of it. I ended playing the demo and boy there was so much wrong gameplay wise.

I don't stream anymore but I'll see what I can do for this game. My friends stream so I'll see if they can lend me a hand.

To be fair, what I saw of somebody playing the demo, all of the enemies she encounters think that, too.

To be fair, a lot of devs now seem to be doing this "launch sale" practice. Not much usually, as we see here a 10% sale in this case. Odd, but it's become common. :scratch-pipe:
