It's like GOG except they actually try to get licenses for things instead of just selling porn games so it's like old GOG. They seem to actually be taking over the role of publisher for (some? all? most?) of these games, too.

I've been enjoying a few things I bought from them. They're good at filling in the early Windows 9x era and publishing early 2000s Russian games that aren't sold elsewhere. Check out the selection of free games, too. I loved playing the Holloween Harry/Alien Carnage demo back in the day and I think the full game is free there (try it out for the soundtrack more than anything).

Does this publisher actually support their games for patching / supporting newer OS's ? GOG seems to make a "best effort" to do that by either developing something themselves or often times just stealing community mods and packaging them up.
