The opening video is key to understanding the story and without it you'll miss a lot of context.

Transcribed the opening video via the Chinese subtitles, translated it, added hardcoded English subtitles to it:

You can replace the one without English to watch it ingame. Just place it in 河洛群俠傳 (Ho Tu Lo Shu ： The Books of Dragon)/J2_Data/StreamingAssets/ and overwrite the existing one.
