Edit - calling it "his whole schtick", is probably unfair. It would be more accurate to say that he wanted to make cool CRPGs, and then discovered that selling them with porn attached actually increased his sales. He's not a trad or Christian so he went with it.

Yes, I'm leaning towards throwing all the porn stuff in a free DLC so the main game can be sex free.

That this monster here is most likely an store bought asset/monster, are you going to replace it with something eventually or will you keep it because you're a single dev working on the game? (Fun Fact, that Monster is a boss in VLADiK Brutal, that's why I recognized it and it's 100% store stuff) Wouldn't mind either way.

Using storebought assets is great as long as it's not something like overused(and ugly) synty assets that are immediately recognizable.

Interesting stuff. The trailer is definitely well made and gives a good idea of what the final product aims for. I suggest you follow your idea and throw all sex stuff into a free DLC, it's undeniable that **** sells but some find the idea of cartoon people having sex in a computer screen cringe af.

Or is the MC intrinsic role in the story more marginal and the result of the player's action in game? No idea on that particular monster. The store assets displayed in the trailer is a mix of placeholders and stuff I'll 100% be using if I can.

The player character is inherently important (because reasons) but you start as a nobody and you're not forced into any sort of role.

Coomer things in a Cyberpunk + vampires thing are in my opinion very fitting to give that feeling of dirty decadence and a corrupt world. Just from the trailer it "feels" more Cyberpunk than what CDPR ended up putting out. I am actually interested, something that is getting rarer for me these days for anything newly released or soon-to-be, loving the atmosphere, animations and the story+narrative potential!
It does seem very ambitious with some of its systems, but then again I am no developer. I hope you can pull it off and be successful with it!
