Anyone try this yet? It just popped up on Gamepass and looks pretty decent even though I can't figure out what kind of game it supposedly is. Decent steam reviews too. Looks sort of like the old Xbox game Otogi except it supposedly has "strategy" elements.

Very unique design-wise.
It's a tower defense game where you have to defend the priestess while she is cleansing the Area and reaches the Gate. The Towers here are Villagers that you can command and place wherever you want all the time. You can also fight, and there are bosses too. Great Game and even has Okami Outfits and BGM. Nothing pozzed so far just a unique looking game that's trying to be fun.

I only had time to play the first level, but I'm getting good vibes from this game. Seems like all of the stupid **** for "modern audiences" is cut out and it has the feel of a niche PS2 game. Remember when big devs actually made niche games sometimes instead of everything converging on identical gameplay and feature lists? Can't say I love the combat yet (it's sort of floaty and overanimated), but this will probably be my next game after Earth Defense Force 6.
