From the original mod page:

More sensible race and sex demographics for the Human and Split factions (including story characters).

Also restored the space trooper armor for marines.

All Argon (base faction)/Terran/Pioneer marines will be wearing that armor.

You can see how the demographics are weighted and change them yourself in the charactergroups.xml file.

Extract to X4/extensions folder.
