hi when i run bg3 modmanager as per steps nothing loads tho on the organizer everything is loaded ? also can seem to import order from file

Are you running BG3 Mod Manager from Mod Organizer?
Mod Organizer 2 is a tool that allows you to keep your game folder 100% clean and untouched. What it does is virtualizes your game as if you have files in your game folder when you launch it from MO2. If you are just launching from Steam/GOG, however, then the game is 100% vanilla.
