Exactly. They made a Japanese version and then a version exclusive to North America and a version exclusive to Europe. That's twice as exclusive as the criteria in the thread title.

1. The game must be for NES and/or Gameboy.
2. It should be an RPG or RPG adjacent.
3. It should have a North American and/or European release ONLY! No Japanese release and certainly not initially released in Japan!
