Creating quest scenarios, character descriptions, and dialogues.
Implementing texts using narrative tools.
Creating a clear narrative documentation and sharing it with outside teams.
Planning and verifying the coherence of branching storylines.
Working with other teams to fulfill the narrative vision.
But why would they do that when they've had so much success adapting old IPs into games? Their games are average at best, the main draw is the intellectual property they're attached to. I just can't see them changing this formula.
