There's an "Unannounced action RPG project" section on their vacancies page.
► Show Spoiler
What kind of VHS-era movie license can be used to make an Action/RPG? Aliens? Judge Dredd? Conan the Barbarian with Schwarzenegger doing the voice work? Discuss!

Interesting, appears to be a full blown (A)RPG
Duties
Creating quest scenarios, character descriptions, and dialogues.
Implementing texts using narrative tools.
Creating a clear narrative documentation and sharing it with outside teams.
Planning and verifying the coherence of branching storylines.
Working with other teams to fulfill the narrative vision.
Might be their own IP this time
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

By popularity alone, the most like candidate would be Conan the Barbarian - but as has been said, getting Schwarzenegger to do the voice work is going to be difficult. I don't think it's Judge Dredd, the movie was never that liked.

I don't think it's going to be Die Hard, not now that Bruce Willis is not doing well - it would be seen as disrespectful to cast someone else to do the voice acting.

An Alien game is not out of the question, but it depends on whether Focus Entertainment has sole rights to the IP, and for how long.

Indiana Jones is from that time period, but Disney wouldn't let old fans enjoy a good Indy story out of simple spite.

Predator is a maybe, though I have no idea how that would work unless you're playing as the Predator, and that has been done multiple times now.

They've already tried to make a Rambo game, with disastrous results - though they may go for an attempt at redemption.

I can't see them doing Lethal Weapon or Beverly Hills Cop so soon after releasing Robocop.

Maybe Escape from New York or Running Man? Tron, Clash of the Titans, Flash Gordon?

But why would they do that when they've had so much success adapting old IPs into games? Their games are average at best, the main draw is the intellectual property they're attached to. I just can't see them changing this formula.
