With CDPR becoming ESG woke, why a Polish dev working for them would not move west? I mean, if you are working in warsaw, you had lower wages but no incompetent diversity hires. Now, with CDPR adopting ESG, why not move west? If you have to endure Maoist tier struggle sessions and incompetent diversity hires, why not do it for a much higher wage?

I know it doesn't make "business sense" due to being able to milk the sheep for remakes and the like (as well as points Rusty brought up on 3rd party tools and copyrights), but I really wish when studios moved on to new engines/games, they would release a development toolset for the old game (or open source it) which would allow the full power to adjust, add and modify the game. I know it is more of an idealistic naïve mindset but I just can't help thinking how awesome the gaming world would be if all of those older games were continued on by people who loved the series and decided to add to them (like modders do, but without all the hoops, hacks, gimmicks, and headaches that modders have to go through to change/add content to an older engine).

While it would create problems with "competition" in terms of people actually pushing the engines past what the studio was willing to do, I just think this level of interaction would really open up gaming, providing people who liked certain series tons of new content to have.

Her channel is all about strange conspiration theories like UFOs in Ukraine war and I usually listen while playing without even looking to her. I just posted her experience to show that his "trash" is another man "treasure". For him, Warsaw is the worst Polish city. For many foreigners, Warsaw is so gorgeous and peaceful.

If it is a good dev, I check to see if they have their own website where they sell the game. That way nothing goes to the pedo-networks. I wish more independent devs would give that option, I will not do business with the pedo networks.

The Witcher I unironically has the best gameplay and combat out of the three (vanilla), the only thing that killed it ratingwise for me is all the tedious backtracking if you try being a completionistfag, it's insane how many times I ran back and forth through the villages and especially that cancerous swamp. It's also pure soul when it comes to the atmosphere and ambience, I'm a sucker for seeing blank low poly faces saying **** with weird accents. The Witcher 2 is by far the worst for me, the only reason why I can tolerate it is because it's short and doesn't waste any time to present it's mediocrity as a 7/10 game. TW3 has it's faults but considering it's one of the rare modern RPGs that has attractive women, predominantly white characters, and keeps the faggotry to the minimum except for like two quests makes it one of the best vidya I played in a long time. It's a shame CDPR are lazy bums that couldn't release the modding toolkit in time for the game's modding scene to continue growing, but there are some really good mods like the Brothers in Arms bugfixing mod and the big combat overhaul mod that makes the gameplay/combat infinitely more fun. I wonder what are the odds of CDPR making TW4 at least somewhat normal, surely they won't go complete ****** diversity mode, cyberpunk's pozzing was relatively tame when you consider how degenerate the setting is.

Would be awesome if some kind soul would make a mod that replaced all the instances of "fetus" in the dialogue with either "baby" or "child". The whole botchling MSQ is a slog to get through.
