Finished it. Easy recommendation. Actually just read that they are working on some stand-alone expansion :bounce:

Might be inspired by that Dredd movie?

Well, it doesn't sound like very interesting gameplay, but on the other hand, you'd think making a black chick perform domestic labor would in line with sensibilities.

RoboCop's Auto 9 pistol is the most comically overpowered gun I've ever seen in a game. It fires like 200 bullets a second that split and spread out like a shotgun blast with no recoil and also they explode and you have infinite ammo and never need to reload and they pierce enemies too. I'm not using some dumb build or anything, that's just how it works. I don't understand why they made it so broken again when they reset your skills for this expansion in the first place.

Makes the gameplay kind of pointless even on the highest difficulty but yes, it's fun

:fishing: What, now it's confirmed that RoboCop: Rogue City is also an RPG? Interesting, maybe yes, maybe not, at least it fits the so-called definition of RPG better than the og Bioshock. :bait:

It’s from the DLC expansion.

I'm playing the DLC right now, seems to be more of the same but they added takedowns and the level & encounter design is a lot better and tighter. If you like the original game you'll probably like the standalone DLC.

I always had it in my head that this game was open-world because of the title. Boy, that was dead-*** wrong.

It's more open hub akin to Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Human Revolution in the main game, the DLC is more linear.

A black woman apparently is a supergenius who created Robocop and also has a super duper ultra mega hacking device that can hack all electronic products from a single company.

The only thing black women have created is more crime by their ability to pump out infinite fatherless children.

Alright I finished the DLC, mostly it's a lot better than the base game but there is 1 massive flaw. You get these Spider-Man PS4 flashback style sequences that are just extremely boring and there to pad out the runtime. The game could have cut these as they just ruin pacing but level and encounter design is massively improved over the original game, overall I'd recommend it if you liked the base game.

Also the game gets stupidly easy like what Oyster Sauce said, all base game and I feel like I turned on an infinite ammo cheat near the end and barely needed to aim the bullets except in the general direction of enemies. Feeling OP for the last dozen or so encounters was cool though.

There's not really a point to picking up other guns after the first couple of levels.
