The Rules *******NEW*******

Post an in-game screenshot proving you've beaten the game to earn a badge. Include your character's stat screen if applicable, just because it's cool to see. Badges can be earned at any time, but if you get yours during the month the game was voted for for you can nominate an RPG released after 10/10/97. Sequels that are direct continuations of a story may be vetoed in favor of earlier titles.

There are acheivments for beating games, meanwhile saves can easily be traded and edited. That was a political decision to please the gays 4 Trump clique.*

What are the rules on mods?

* Basically, a newfag showed up, had beaten more games than the ballwashers, showed everyone his cheevos, made posts the ballwashers didn't like, and they got mad he was cool and new, and he owed them nothing.

Are mods that make the game playable ok? I know we give out acheivements for overhauls, I'm just looking to fix bad game design.

Again, the reason for the JAG is to encourage people to play/replay games. Getting the badge means you've played the game recently (this year at the very least, not in ******* 2017).
Any screenshot can be doctored anyways. Achievements for beating games are just as falsifiable in that regard. Look at how many games you've beaten for RPGHQ!
veteran gaymer.jpg
But getting/editing a save involves launching the game to take the screenshot, so that's means you're more involved in the JAG than simply doing a drive-by with a picture of your Steam profile that says "You've beaten this game in the last decade!"

Oh look! I was just as involved in the Junior Adventurer Guild as people who have reinstalled the game from 2003 and beat the main story! Prove I wasn't, motherbitches.

Didn't expect Morrowind in JAG. Well, I have a character that didn't finish the main quest so it's time to do it.

Awesome.

What are the best mods for Morrowind? I've been looking at this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 3014486063, but I imagine there are some based ones out there.
I hate them.

I can recommend Skyrim: Home of the Nords - it's a part of Project Tamriel that adds some parts of Skyrim to the game that are recreated using Morrowind era lore. I played it myself but I also heard good things about other expansion in Project Tamriel - there's Cyrodiil and Morrowind mainland expansions. Also, shout out to this music mod: viewtopic.php?t=4012-burzum-ambient-mus ... -morrowind

Completed. Speedrunned it a bit as it's possible to go straight for the objective when you know what to do and you're sufficiently leveled.

I'm kind of glad Morrowind won. It's one of those seminal RPG's that I see a lot of people mention their fondness for. I've never played it so I'm excited to start a playthrough later today.

@Oyster Sauce Fixed images hopefully.
Also wanted to experiment a bit with the badges as the current one is just a background. My variants have a night sky from the birthsign pictures and feature Azura's star and Keening.

We've had enough BioWare games to meet this qualification already.

The logic behind that as the Morrowind badge is for consistency with the Starwind badge (Morrowind Star Wars mod).

Understood. Interesting that the mod was before the original game.

Seriously did not expect Morrowind to win. It's been a few years since I've played and even longer since I've done a comprehensive playthrough. I'm thinking a potion-quaffing muscle mage with high luck.
