Boys, shall we do a little bit of trolling and let Nexus know about this? We need to protect the wrongful use of assets without the explicit owner's permission, after all.
If it can be proven that she did so, yes.
It breaks our principles but at the same time it catching one of their own, proves how ******* stupid Nexus policies are.
Accelerate.
CD Project Red announced that people could use assets from their games for modding-- hence why you see Witcher 2/ 3 outfits for Skyrim, etc.
Looks like you can port stuff their early titles freely, but from W3 and CP2077, you need to make a permission request on their forum. Wonder if Vessnelle did reach out.
Image

This makes it even more ironic that she feels such ownership and offense at people using "her" hairs hahaha

That is incredible hubris, isn't it?
So it's a mixture of hairs that are essentially Larian's hairs cut up & edited, and CD Project assets?
Not really even a "design monkey" like Orin said.

Oh no, well we better educate her on the "correct" process then yes?
Don't want that poor CP2077 designer to be upset and have her day ruined by vesnelles mod

(Make sure it's provable tho)

Was looking on the Down By The River discord for something and I actually found messages of eirashow orchestrating the mod's takedown LOL. They were malding so hard over literally nothing
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nZY ... cowHw/edit

I'll just make one last patch once Pack 3 is updated for the giggles and move on after.
The hive mind is truly frightful. Some of these people are supposed to be modders and know how it works though. It's not stealing anything, you just take a ******* picture in a slightly different angle and color, that's it.
Wild thought, but since these hairstyles are clearly ports, what's stopping someone else from porting them again?

Can't understand this drama ..., someone make a "fixer"/addon to a current mod (as there are thousands on there), instead the main modder either accept and even could do some colaboration (don't bother with icons, let this guy continue doing it with his fixer) or ignore it, start a drama about permissions... and latter on the posts discussions even is mentioned that this fixer is "he was an active member of a site that spreads hate-speech through mods (racist, sexist, anti-LGBT \ e.g. the white Wyll mod is their work). "
Trying burn someone image for such reasons is so ... beyond words.

Can't wait for some alternative to Nexus to pop up and that site can finaly burn to the ground with all their blue hair moderators with agendas behind, this is getting so tired.

My opinion: your icons looks better because they are more into the style of vanilla CC.

So thank you for your contributation, hope to see more works from you.

Definitely the case!
You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.
If you can.

That's very uncommon and it was maybe meant with the best of intentions by them, but I still think no developer/owner/publisher should do this, or be praised or recognized for doing so, because it sets a precedent that they need to.

It is far preferable to keep up the charade of legal ambiguity and have all remain silent on the subject and continue to not give a ****. I realize my tone may make it sound like I'm joking, but I am really, really not.

Yeah, see, this **** right here should never be allowed to become the norm, and should be resisted at all costs. It is not something done with good intentions, but a way to assert control over modding.
