In Xenonauts and Xenonauts 2, way, way too many of the potential soldier recruits are women.
I don't need that many medics and gophers.

The worst part is that the stats are randomized across the entire range without regard to sex, so you'll often have female recruits with the highest levels of strength or bravery, traits rare in most women.

I wish I could code.

Apparently, there was a "bug" earlier in Xenonauts 2 where female recruits were "accidentally" being generated at 2x to 3x the rate they are now.

Or, at least the guy that fixed it did so calling it a bug.
Now it's just unreasonable instead of laughably insane.

Got myself Morrowmind and decided to install it in my HDD instead of my SSD - where I usually install my CRPGs - because since it's a 2002 game that only weights 2GB I figure that it doesn't requires that much processing power.

I know that technically speaking Arena is the first Elder Scrolls game but I can always play that one and Daggerfall some time after I complete this game if I think of them as "prequels".

Don't like when games give you exposition not available to the character you're playing as. Especially when it's meant to be information the character isn't supposed to know.

every major developer knows they'd make a billion dollars if they could clone skyrim(this holds true regardless of your opinion on it)
therefore, we must assume the reason none of them do it is because they can't. They don't even try to do it.

Video games managed to speedrun the competency crisis

Yeah, I barely did too. Looks like they're "relaunching" as an indie publisher? Weird, I wouldn't have much faith in a publisher that faded into obscurity over a decade ago.
Well, let's see what unfolds.

Ooh, this is from the same guys that did Fights in Tight Spaces. Very fun game and I'm saying this as someone who never played deckbuilder games before.
