I have it, but it won't install for some reason.

What do you get when you try to run the installer?

what I expect:

devs will get their **** sucked in discord/reddit while the game is in """pre-alpha"""(oh **** off, the game has been in development for like 10 years now)
releases
nobody except warframe players will even care about it
maybe 1/3rd of them will stick around for a bit
game eventually dies

I have yet to play Soullframe, but Warframe started out with similar (or worse) issues and yet somehow they managed to turn it into one of the most successful live service games. Considering fantasy is also a lot easier for normies to digest, it wouldn't surprise me if this ends being their most popular game eventually.

I don't think they can pull it off because they're not the DE of 12 years ago. This game has already gone thru multiple iterations and everything I played of it isn't good or fun. Warframe had a lot of stuff going for it with regards to uniqueness, there's still not much else like it. Soulframe just feels like a high budget meh game.

Nothing, it doesn't install. Even when using the command line installer.

Assuming you are on Windows, make sure you are not missing the Install Location windows that pops up when you initiate the process.

Hmm, try running it as admin and/or in compat mode (Win10/7).

afaik a lot of ideas for this were put into warframe for testing purposes and were widely hated
