Just post the link to the steam store directly, no need for tags.

Apparently it doesn't work with DLCs.
It generally doesn't work except for the main page stuff, no.
For some reason packages and DLCs are coded slightly differently in the backend, despite the page looking the same.
You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.

Anyone tested the new turn based mode?

Other thing. I wish that the game had more race/class reactivity. IMHO playing Pillows 1/2 as something like a human fighter or a freaking pale elf cipher should be vastly different experiences,

You could play a mage and enjoy half of your spells being completely useless.

EDIT: But you get grimoire slam

I might finally get around to playing this. I’ve heard that Cipher and Priest (of the Death God) are both very thematic and appropriate for the story, is that true? Or can I play a Paladin/Fighter/Mage and still be good? I’m playing a Human obviously, but is there any difference if you’re a ‘local’ or a ‘foreign’ culture human?

Skyrim Belongs to the Nords.
Geek the Mage first.

IMO: Kind of RPG where they should have committed to the main character being its own class, and that class being cipher.

Good to know about Cipher, looked like an interesting class anyway. Going for Meadowfolk Human looks like from the wiki. Black Italians are a thing? lol.

All classes have some unique things for them but Cipher is more thematic, yes. Priests of Eothas also have plenty of dialogue options.

Why, thank you! I am too humble and self-deprecating to consider myself of an "interesting class" but I am overjoyed by your kind words, good sir!

If you're in the middle of it, do the DLC which is much better

Still waiting on that official turn-based mode for Pillars, i won't play the unstable beta version. Obsidian's too busy being lazy! Turn-based would be a game-changer! Alright, joking aside, after all these years, RTwP is just way too much for me...

That's natural with any story. In the beginning, you don't know what story it is, exactly. But by mid-game, you KNOW what kind of story this is, because there are only so many stories and variants thereof, and by that point in the game, you know what you're seeing and it's all just so tiresome. If the gameplay isn't carrying the game by now, the story sure ain't.

game isn't designed for turnbased and it breaks deadfire, doubt it will be any better for the first game

I check in on the progress every once in a while; it sounds like it's still extremely buggy (CTD, bad pathfinding, slowdowns) and the promised balance required for TB isn't there. They had two people assigned to it, but some comments say there's only one person working on it now. I have a feeling it won't be ready any time soon, and won't be satisfactory when it's complete.

Apparently there was a beta patch yesterday but they're still not quite ready for the official update yet.

It just all sounds so wrong and in a fantasy sort of way very transexual. But then again the game was made by Sawyer so the whole thing checks out.
