What makes it more obvious is that they are also doing it to the Egyptians too with them going; "Actually the ancient Egyptians were black. You Egyptians never had a history. Alternately, if the type of creature that defeated you has a defined lair on the map, you may just wake up wounded there instead.

I blame game devs for making bows have a dexterity requirement instead of a strength requirement for the widespread belief that women can use war bows.

If your slight of hand is good you can trick the bow into thinking you're strong enough.

I played A Woman's Lot DLC just the other day and you spend your entire time avoiding combat. I killed one cuman I snuck up on and shoved a knife in his neck from behind. I had to crawl thru a creek while narrowly avoiding being seen.

Fully expecting KCD2 to have warrior women in full plate armor at this point.

I played the DLC the opposite way.
Leveled up the bow early and went full on bow assassin.
It's absurd. With a little effort early on before the Cuman attack, you can be a ******* bow ninja, especially at night.

Few women could do it even with the stirrup and lever, though. It'll be a 200 pound plus draw or so and even with mechanical advantage and the legs, it'll be hard.
Windlass heavy crossbows with steel arms could have a 1000 pound draw.
