They've been dead for awhile. I remember that OAG article talking about how people at the studio were afraid to voice their opinions for fear of harassment.

Billy got seriously DDOS'd after the article went live.

6/10 in reality should mean "above average", but 6/10 in gamer land means "unplayable". That's what happens when reviewers conspire to rate bad games higher to appease publishers.

But in any case, I wonder when this company will finally close?. Hopefully it's soon as I can't stand to see another ******-themed FPS made by Fr*nch people.

Dishonored 2 feminist infiltration was already a red flag years ago. When sniveling **** Harvey Smith went all apologetic about representation of women in Dishonored 1 as well as his Anita Sarkisian simping. Then Raff Colantonio left, dont remember which year but i think it was some time after Prey. Colantonio don't seem much better to me considering the woke top down game he and his indie studio made probably with ESG money.

The only decent game came out from Arkane after Dis1 was Prey, but it was all multi-culty ****** and femoid galore and the dlc for it is not worth mentioning. After that ****** addon for Dishonored 2 with ugly ****** woman protagonist. But what marked the death of Arkane for me was when they were used as workhorses by Bethesda for hideous abomination Wolfenstein Youngblood. I knew they were never make anything even remotely good after that. Later they completely went nuts with their BLM time loop game and now it's cringy woke l4d vampire clone.

They are a husk like Bioware. Forget about them.

A matter of time. Also remember what happened to Human Head. They were almost ruined by Bethesda but resisted being bought by them. Bethesda cancelled Prey 2 "something-something not good enough for quality standarts". So they made Rune 2 which was an unfinished survival turd lmao and sold themselves to Bethesda to avoid fixing it lol. Even changed the name of the studio. Made no games since then. Amazing.

Graphics shouldn't matter one iota, what matters is quality, creativity and value for the money. If graphics actually mattered the Nintendo Switch would've been an abject failure and there wouldn't be a thriving indie/AA market.

Redfall is a half-baked mess of a game, filled to the brim with ESG-mandated characters that look like a horse's *** (bad art direction), no creativity in game design whatsoever, and a $70 price that nets you an incomplete product.

I throw the word "****" around to describe alot of games and sometimes it's probably unwarranted hyperbole but in the case of this thing it really is that ******. It's been a while since I've seen a game fail on every single level it could possibly fail on. It really is that bad. I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being one of gaming's all time greatest travesties. It certainly is for the Xbutt brand.

The Xbox brand isn't long for this world. Redfall's failure and the loss of $3 billion in a failed merger must not inspire much confidence in (((Microsoft))) management. Best thing for them to do is spin-off the company into it's own thing, which would be a massive win all around IMO.

Here's the sad reality: M$ is so rich they don't even have to try. They will steal your money, laugh in your face, and brag about it to their friends. This isn't even a minor speedbump to them. Redfall is a nothingburger. Sony can dominate the console market as much as they want but M$ is simply too big. They will eventually run a monopoly much like Disney.

That was one of the reasons why it failed. Woke media and such just try to hide it with the technical issues. Notice how that's the biggest thing they ***** about when, if you have two eyes in your head, you can see there's other equally big issues. They just screech about bugs to cover up the real issue. The real issue is diversity hires.

I hope the Xbox brand goes belly up so (((Microsoft))) will stop ruining vidya with their stench. If they continue to release games like Halo Infinite and Redfall, that will be a realistic expectation.
