Anyway i dont give a **** about this game anymore, id rather play Dragon age orgins, the prologue got more story than act 1 or act 2-3.

Yes! Including them was most likely only to have the rights to the name Baldur's Gate or something, because adding them did them dirty, and dear lord would I have been happier if they had been left alone. Hell, I'd even go so far as to say if their roles had been filled by other unknown characters, I could even have overlooked the wokeness. It wouldn't have changed the overall really bad writing but it wouldn't have put BG3 in my bottom 1 list.

That said, I wish I could just forget BG3 and move on, but I feel too betrayed by it.

thats his quirk in his original games as well. it's explained by some childhood trauma, then the hamster is his cope etc. But he's a pretty fun and well constructed character in general IMO, interesting to have around (unfortunately his class sucked in original BGs and that's why he's ditched most times).

No, he was one of the most beloved characters - his only problem was he came with meh wizard as a pairing, so for him to stay without having her, she had to die (she was some kind of black girl magic girl but that honestly didn't bother me that much). He was a ranger strictly speaking, but with a big sword and full plate he was a force to be reckoned with - or some gave him a bow (which didn't utilize his awesome strength, but that's my opinion).

The writing is pretty horrible. It seems in the entire Sword Coast, you can't randomly select a group of people without getting just sexual deviants.

I'll also be honest, Player Sexual is absolutely a problem - it is damaging for suspension of disbelief, and makes characters less believable.

Yes, playersexual is a problem in that it breaks immersion. However, it does make it easier to include LIs for all players. Which - if I may say so - is the lazy way for writers to create content. But when they do, it does make for some interesting twists...

No, I mean literally any fighter. Khalid, Montaron, Shar Teel, Coran, Kagain etc are all better bow users than Minsc because they have the better class. Kivan is also a better bow user despite being the same class because he's an elf and has more dex. Minsc is actually better at melee due to his very high str score. But even better than that is just not using him.
