The advantage over the Ilwinter lobby is you get proper notifications when a new turn is up. The downside is it requires Discord.

too many thrones (8), too high throne requirement (6), too high throne level (3 instead of 2). I'd do 4/6 level 2 thrones.

Though actually, using level 1 thrones might prevent throne rushing better as the problem the last 2 games has been that people weren't clearing/forting the thrones in their own cap circle.

I agree, with T3 if you end up with a throne in your cap circle you've got a problem.

I like circle because it allows people to go around the world and pop up everywhere, putting an emphasis on controlling the underground. But ok, random it is.
