No. I just open up recruitment for the next game while the current one runs. Because people need their time. With how slow things are here RPGHQ3 will likely not start before April or before RPGHQ2 finishes.
Also just to make this very clear, because it comes up often:
You can effortlessly be part of multiple games at once, in fact the game (and now the lobby) is designed around that.
