To play it safe I will re-do the changes then, thank you! As for punctuation, I do not believe I did anything of the sort, but I do know I removed the cursive code from the line of the holy book. I wonder if that might be the issue. Thank you once more! Will edit this post with any updates if I make it work, otherwise I will just keep the original file no problem <3
Edit 1
► Show Spoiler
So far it is not working still. I will try again when my mind is fresher so I do not skip anything. Also wanted to ask, dropping the folder into the modder's tool, is this tool the same called Extractor (the one that makes and extracts packages and converts files) or is it another tool? I do have a folder with a similar name, but I have never found any .exe to run in there. I will scour more another time. Once more thank you for the help and all the information! Do treat my problem with lower priority, by the way. I made this mess myself, whatever this is

Edit 2: I decided to try something, and just unpacked and re-packed the mod without touching anything. And it stopped working. I will re-download the tool itself at this point, something is sorrily amiss.
This one:
https://github.com/ShinyHobo/BG3-Modders-Multitool
It's an easy one stop shop tool for modders. Though voice needs to be done with no compression using the Norbyte's Lslib convertor tool.
Thank you! It was the one I have after all, though I must have downloaded the code only (it took me a while to learn how Github works). It probably is something relating to either the Mod Manager or something else and not the way I do things in the end though. I re-download the Export Tool, made a fresh install, and once more unpacked and re-packed, but it, once more, stopped working. I have half a mind to try this with other mods and see if they are affected as well, I will ask the modder's tool for aid in the meanwhile but, really, the strangeness never stops. When I load the freshly re-packaged, and left untouched, mod, for example, it asks me if I wish to reset the tutorial at the character screen, as if my settings were gone. I hate this sort of techy issues, I usually blame Avast, and it is, usually, 80% of the time its fault. I will tinker more when I will be able to, I really should stop and rest, this sort of hair pulling at this hour (4 AM) is not good for me.
Yet again thank you for all your aid! Will update if I get it working if it can help others somehow!
(
@orinEsque sorry for quoting you, but I hoped you would know so it may help other people if you ever find someone else saying my same problem.)
What the problem was:
I have no idea why, but it seems the converting process, to re-pack a file into a .package, of the multitool stopped working, and it was making the mod, no matter if I changed anything or simply re-packed without changes, not working. The solution was to instead use the Modder's Multitool (the one you linked) to pack the files back up, now everything is working again.
The "symptoms" of this were:
--- Inability to make the mod work even though every step was being followed.
--- Using the Export multitool to pack and un-pack package files.
--- The simple act of re-packing the file, even without modifying it, was enough to break the mod.
--- I was placing the .package file by drag-and-drop back into the original mod's zip (though it never failed to work before, but it might still be worth knowing).
--- The mod, however not working, did not give errors for Mod Manager, nor for Export Tool, and the loose files, when re-packed by the Modder's multitool, did not give errors either.
--- When opening the game to test my changes into the Character Screen, it appeared as if my settings of the game were being restored (the game giving the prompt to reset tutorials).
Hope this is of any use at all, and thank you once more for all the info! I will be using the Modder's Tool to pack things from now on
