Game is ******* awesome.Even teaming with randoms is something else. Just spent the past 2 hours relaying information from the Commander to my gunner and driver in my Tiger tank which sounds like awful work but somehow is satisfying af. I'd compare it to that ****** Brad Pitt film, but it's good. Recommended and HLL definitely needs it's own thread

It's ******* funny how Hollywood affects your behaviour though. Using the commander periscope to identify targets I kept finding myself saying "hit em" "hit em!*". Getting wrapped up in the moment. Luckily I was blessed with more than competent crewmen throughout. One of them even commended me in death, which awarded me +50%xp

Good game. Buy it

*For reference, this game is almost 100%voip. And it's hilariously VoIP. Guys will go down and scream MEDIC dramatically, and when there's a big push for an objective there is so much banter is unreal.

I cannot recommend this game enough

Tonight was my first experience with tank commander ring. I was pretty drunk NGL. I tried my hand at driving, aiming, and commandeering (periscope + direct line to command)
Honestly. This game ******* rules. I cannot overstate how ******* awesome this game is. Tanking is awesome. Being a medic is awesome. Being a machine gunner is awesome. (I haven't actually been recon/sniper) yet so not sure. But yeah. I think a perfect multiplayer game has been made here

And it has nothing to do with skill or even competency. You can be the worst FPS player in the universe and still be good at this game if you know what you're doing

I've always been into more fast paced fps but I may give this a try some day. As someone who loves mid-long range shooting in most fps, is it fun in this game?

Allies have the best win music but you can't go wrong with those standard issue bolt actions. The yank stuff might be automatic but it will fail you at distance.

You will die. A lot. But if you get over the learning curve and realise this is a thinking man's shooter, you will ******* love it. You also need to use voice, and strangers are friendly in this game, so it's not a problem. Once you find your role, it's ******* incredible

I was being facetious above but the balance in this game is also absolutely insane. For instance, most nazi rifleman classes have a bolt action which will kill on impact, barring leg or arm, and even then, it will maim to the point of death.

Those guns sacrifice fire rate for accuracy and distance. A nazi rifle will pick off someone from half a mile away without a scope, a US standard issue will only do half that
