Those both are big games so in my mind I assume it's easy to train ai model with it?

Yeah it just takes aaages. Especially if you want it to be pitch accurate. The hard part is finding the crispiest and cleanest audio to learn from. And even then there's no guarantee it works out. For example I tried 3 times to make a Stanley Parable model, but there was just something about the voice that just did not vibe with the bg3 narrator lines.

I find Neera's portrait less offensive than what they did to Jahiera between BG1 and BG2.

all companions equally looked chronically constipated, but BG2 Jaheira looked like a typical ******, even on modded portraits. and my personal problem - ******* dreads and painted faces in that same BG2. Aerie, Haer'Dalis, Cernd, Nala, Mazzy, for ****'s sake, am i traveling with medieval fantasy dudes or ex-convicts?

not to say all art and concept art from back then looked awful, all these elves with receding hairline, ****** up eyes and face proportions, men looking like comicaly drawn gigachads... ugh :/

Holy **** bro. Some of Wyll's ******* lines are just 20sec of UNCOMFORTABLE BREATHING. And then the AI model doesn't know wtf to do with that so it just--



Anyway in terms of speech the Cullen model sounds pretty good! The only question remains is HOW many lines are just ******* BREATHING. I can spend some time going through the lines and trying to find them, or if you're not bothered by some absolute nonsense immersion breaking grunting then LMK XD

*EDIT* I uploaded some samples and originals for you to compare. I cant stop ******* laughing at the breathing; they ARE ALL LIKE THIIIIIIIIIIS LMAO HERE

I did enjoy the Cullen sample lines too, he does sound lovely, if only his lines lose a little bit of playfulness in them? Sort of? But overall he sounds great as Wyll imho.

Aside from mustache, which is I guess just a personal preference of mine, I really really enjoyed that Wyll mod.
It just gives me "musketeer" vibe in the best way possible.

When Wyll first was introduced through cutscene in front of the Emerald Grove's gates, I was hoping he'd be that kind of savvy, charming, sharp character. With an air of "old hero" around him or something like that. And Wyll is... well, sweet, I guess? As sweet as plain sweet ice cream can get. It's pleasant, but there's nothing else there. He's not even vanilla, cause vanilla is a flavour.

I haven't installed the mod myself, but is it not editable through advanced character editor mod?
Meaning is stache glued to the face model, lol?

Larian doesn't make models with facial hair glued on. You call it on with a code. So it should be editable.

I suggest messaging the author on cuxus, like TIPFY did or github if you don't go cuxus.

I personally dont and wont change Wyll. The reason is that I find him to be one of the worst written characters I had the misfortune of reading/playing with. The insufferable nepotism, father/son dynamic after I manage to rescue Ravengard without Wyll in the party is both sad and hilarious at the same time. How they manage to settle their differences and misunderstandings and pat themselves on the back is nauseating. Blade of Avernus. Yuck. I tolerate that character only because of Mizora, she's fun. Wyll to me would be a more interesting character if his shtick was that he was an OG Baldurs Ghetto thug. Someone who lied, cheated and stole. A career criminal working for the thieves guild. Then he had a deal go wrong with Gortash who used Karlach as a muscle and an animosity between the two is born. That kind of a dynamic background between those characters would be more interesting to me than what we got. Chultian baldurs getto thug who sought the powers of the hells because he was seeking revenge on Karlach, only to find out she suffered even more than him by the same man (Gortash). They could have even written Ulder Ravengard as a figure Wyll despises because how out of touch the Duke is/was regarding the criminal underground belly of a big city like Baldurs Gate. Or make him his unwanted *******. Anything other than his vanilla "hero" storyline. Changing his race does nothing for me.

But I would like a mod that removes Viconia from the game. Mother superior should have been some random character and not a beloved one that Larian ruined for no discernible reason other than they could, so they did.

regarding why they chose Viconia and not an original character is definitely to make the choice to kill mother superior morally difficult for BG1-2 players

If you do ever get it working I'm totally downloading it. The current voice with Orin's head model is definitely a bit odd.

Jaheira is a half elf, looks about right for her age.
