This video really illustrates the decline in quality of AAA games. Soyfield doesn't look half as good as a game that released nearly a decade ago. Not even Ubislops latest efforts.

Big-budget titles in general looked better 10 years ago than they do now.

I think it's gotten far too easy to make "passable" stuff with built in features easy to use engines like Unreal have and it's really easy to trick normal **** with a couple flashy effects while ignoring details games used to take for granted because they don't have to put any thought into what they're making. Plus the general institutional incompetence that's cropped up in every industry now.
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?

fagex's latest graphical update to runescape included the zoo area
they got rid of the ogre enclosure and replaced all the animal pens with wooden fences so it doesn't look like a jail(???)

rs3 is jagex' testing ground to see which experiments work to then decide whether they put in their actual game, osrs.

These soap opera games were cringe, no wonder nobody wants to animate that trash.

GZDoom is so poorly put together, I think even Unity is less bloated.

All those Doom sourceports are gay and ruin a perfectly fine and timeless FPS.

if they really wanted to stop tasteful rape than they needed to limit where you can rape. Add rape booths to the overworld like Majora's Mask, for instance. By letting men rape anywhere, anytime they are basically incentivizing you to rape. Why wouldn't you
Why indeed.

I'm amazed that for the first time in my life, I'm in total agreement with the Todd.

Reminder that Jesus lived and died for Garriott's sins in the world of Ultima II and the game manual itself states when the game takes place in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Dragon Age: Origins combat is very underrated on the fun scale.
how? I think you can only have fun with dual-wield and mage builds. Playing with archer or two-hander is frustrating, several of the two-hander skills are broken. and shield build is ok but you just stand there.
If you play on a harder difficulty, you will need to control more than one character.

Big-budget titles in general looked better 10 years ago than they do now.
We could rejoice that the age of graphics whores had ended if today's graphics didn't also require far more processing power.

Assassin's Creed Unity (Minimum Requirements)
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.3 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz.
Memory: 6 GB RAM.
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon HD 7970 (2 GB VRAM)
Storage: 50 GB available space.

Starfield (Minimum Requirements)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Intel Core i7-6800K
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700, NVIDIA GeForce 1070 Ti
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 125 GB available space
Additional Notes: SSD Required(Solid-state Drive)

Much higher requirements for worse looking games, odd. It's not as if Starfield is rendering an awe-inspiring open world, either.
