The problem with 'sex scenes' in video games is that they're fan-service. Contrast it to something like American Psycho's sex scene that isn't actually about the sex. The sex is a performance act, and Bateman is performing for himself.
There's simply no way RPG sex scenes can be done well if the intention is to be mediocre pornography for the player.

I was specifically talking about the sex scenes, and as Gaider is the head-writer he would have signed off on those. You're right he didn't create the character, but that's another discussion. A better head-writer would have said "no, let's not have a sex scene with a farm animal".
