Seems like this mod is sln files and stuff. I believe the best way to achieve changing the racial and gender distribution of NPCs is through Skypatcher, but @Nessa can elaborate more (if she's not gonna be a lazy b word and ignore this!)

****** please.

And yes Skypatcher is the modern way to do replacers. :king:
  • Make an esp (with ESL flag!!!) that houses the NPCs made over. WITH unique baseIDs of course.
  • Make a text file that references those NPCs and which NPC in vanilla to replace. <-- Skypatcher
The beauty is it override anything. So for example let's say we're using Skypatcher for Elisef. And some other mod touches her base record. With Skypatcher, on game start it overrides her original baseID with the appearance you wanted. Any new instances of Elisef (try it yourself placeatme EslifeBaseID 1 ) will use the new appearance. No more patches for patches just for appearance.

For a working example, look at this mod. That is an esl'd esp file with 2 new NPCs. Skypatcher takes their appearance and overrides vanilla on the save game level. So you plop in a room full of Endaries and they'll all be with the makeover appearance. Then you can go full gooner like @loregamer does all the time. :bounce:

The only real negative with Skypatcher is a slightly longer startup. But unless you're on a potato you won't even notice it.
