I'll go ahead and nominate Knights of the Old Republic II.

Looks like the 1st was already completed, but the 2nd has been a perpetual bridesmaid.

Did the simp ending.

I remember playing Dark Messiah back in like 2007 on my **** pentium 4 computer with like 15 fps on low settings and thinking how awesome that game looked. Now it just looks like a Half-Life 2 mod.

Overall it's not a bad game, but unfortunately like half of it feels like you're exploring the samey-looking Ayleid ruins from Oblivion. The combat isn't all that great, the enemies are way too tanky so you're forced to rely on environmental hazards, the aggressive headbob is nausea-inducing, and it also causes you to miss your strikes. The exploration is half-baked because there's barely anything to find (would've been cooler if we were able to equip all of the enchanted rings at the same time). The game is also really janky, i kept getting stuck in the walls while climbing ropes.

Not going to do the nomination, I like the list of the already nominated games.

I don't care for the whiny mage chick, but listening to your dad's sloppy seconds gold digger ***** who betrayed him the moment she got her claws into a younger man (you) is ********. She's gonna monkey branch the moment you're trapped in a magic prison like your dad.

your criticism would've worked if this was some optional activity, but the game forces you to make a choice.

It is a much smaller part of the game than the discussion.

well it's just not all that interesting to discuss the other stuff given than it's not a mechanically-deep game.

I like the whole "Stallone" era. Maybe a bit of flirting, a kiss, but in the end the man walks away. He knows all she wants is the fantasy in her head and isn't seeing the real him.

see the plot of the game as 'rapebaby refuses to follow his deadbeat rapist dad's steps, assimilates, and decides not to become a criminal'.

I appreciate the brutality in the violence here. It feels very satisfying to whack **** and see the ragdoll physics do their thing. Also, the voice for the guards really stood out to me, the addition of a voice made them feel like full fledged assholes deserving of a butchering. Very neat.

Forgot to add that I liked that enemies would try to flee when wounded, and well, were just visibly wounded in how they'd behave.
