[BG3] A question about pronoun alterations.

I just wanted to ask a question regarding No Alphabets and other BG3 mods that gender swap npcs. How do you change the pronouns in a sentence referring to a gender swapped character without replacing the entire voice clip? I always thought Eleven labs would just copy the whole dialogue when it was put in a prompt, but whenever characters like Balthazaar refer to Ser Aylin, their dialogue is mostly the same original voice clip, except for the pronoun changes. How do you accomplish this?

You have to record yourself saying he / she maintaining the same tempo to the line. Convert your voice to the characters voice using ai. Then stitch it with audacity.

This is also why i hate doing this part.
