HQ Service Outage 06/05

Post by rusty_shackleford »

We’re currently dealing with a server storage failure affecting one of our server disks. Because of this, the following services are temporarily unavailable:
  • Chat
  • ModHQ
  • Vault
I’ve isolated the affected disk to avoid making things worse and opened a ticket with the hosting provider. At this point, we’re waiting on them to check the underlying storage and confirm whether the volume can be recovered or needs to be restored from backup.
I’ll post updates as soon as I have more information. Sorry for the downtime.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

In these trying times, I would strongly suggest buying HQ Platinum.

The amount of new buttons/dollar ratio is too low. Last year I paid money and zero new buttons were added in 2025 and 2026.

Can you quantify the nature of the problem into something forum posters can take action on?

How many feet pics do we have to post to "right the ship"?

My hands are tied until the hosting provider gets back to me, presumably something bad happened I guess!
