Helldivers 2 - Voice Effects Remover/Replacer

So the Helldivers 2 developers are LITERALLY incompetent.
Especially for sound effects in their game.
The game has a number of bugs they cannot seem to fix, if they have even tried.

One is hearing as if you are where another player is (as well as where you are at the same time) no matter how far away they are. Stupid and annoying.

But the WORST is the "stuck screaming" bug.
It's when a toon, especially women, start shreiking and WILL NOT STOP.
Even killing them does nothing because their corpse keeps screaming.
It's a bit less common for males, and a bit less grating, but still bad.

Additionally, there's a cheer "AHHH-HA" emote that people can spam, but the sound level for it is set insanely high. It is also incredibly annoying and they will do it on purpose to annoy others.

Both of these effects (screaming and insane cheering for both male and female) need to go.
If anyone can help me figure out how to replace all of them with blank sound files, I would appreciate it.

There's also the issue of every voice having the same female tired breathing sound whenever they are low on stamina. I have the Donald Trump voice mod for male voice 2, and whenever my helldiver gets tired, he sounds like a woman heavily breathing into my ear.
