IQ is not an INT stat. The IQ curve is a gaussian distribution for a group. A normal-curve. If you have low IQ it is low compared to the rest of the group. If you remove the smart people in the group results in the remaining individuals' IQ rising in general, that's not because those who remain are smarter than those who left, quite the opposite. You're still stupid, but since the smart people left then compared to the other idiots you're more "normal" now.

Tl;dr if removing everyone outside of NA improves the IQ of those who remain at the HQ then that confirms HQ Americans are indeed ********, i.e. probably substantially under 95IQ. If removing everyone outside of NA degrades the IQ of those who remain then HQ Americans would be very smart. But as your post proves, you aren't.

IQ is not redefined for every group; it's a bell curve standardized once globally, then adjusted for the Flynn effect in cases where that applies. It's not the same thing as a grading curve where you calibrate it over a specific group...

You're very close, but you've got some crucial misunderstandings. It's true that IQ is statistically defined with a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15, and I suppose it's true that it "doesn't tell you your INT" (because there's no such thing). It's just not redefined relatively for specific populations, but has one single global definition. In fact, because the statistical definition is against a sample population, the overall mean isn't even 100. Someone with an IQ of 100 is smarter than significantly more than half of all people — he's just smarter than half of the sample population the IQ test is defined against. On top of that, IQ isn't one single consistent measure, so different tests produce slightly different results.
