I think he means that many people are shocked when they find out there are 40 Star Trek games in existence.

Since most of them are from before 2000, and thats the event horizon of gaming knowledge for many.

A guy at work said "there must not be many" then I said like around 50+ games, shocking him.

Some of the old Starfleet games have been getting enhanced remasters by the original programmers
