Nexus said they aren't internet police and they don't give a **** what I do on RPGHQ as long as I follow UK law. They got lines that we can't cross based on that definition. if the mod looks like its attacking a UK protected charactertistic, they won't allow it on there. They are no longer saying: we don't want you here bigot.

Nexus' policies have not change at all. They've banned quite a few mods since the sale. Just recently there was a mod KCD2 called "Axe Murderer" which added a perk granting bonus damage against female NPCs. The perk's description may have been what got it banned, as opposed to the perk itself. Something like "Make me a sandwich." I think enforcement of policy depends which moderator reviews each mod, because the moderation rules are left vague enough to allow for fairly wide differences in interpretation. And therefore, since controversial mods are likely to get multiple reports that require a moderator's review, it's basically RNG whether a mod gets banned.
