Replaces the LAN mode present in the original game with an online component that connects to a PC server hosted in Java. You can play this mod on original hardware if you have the Broadband Adapter and a method of loading unofficial code. You can also use a Wii or Wii U with the Wii Homebrew Channel installed by using the included Nintendont build. Dolphin is supported natively by the mod.
Unlike in the original game's LAN mode, you can choose your characters and vehicle freely. Currently, name entry is only supported in Dolphin, but the save file generated can be injected into a memory card/disc image for use with the other three loading methods.
