I will delete this mod and link to any paid hack menu that lets you spawn them in if you cut me in for a percentage HMU

" Fatal Error!

Unexpected error while loading game files. Check for any data that may have been modified or corrupted from the initial install. (Error code: 0x44415441) "

I downloaded from the " Previous Version (still working as of 9/17/2025): https://f.rpghq.org/dHXfA6oICRof.zip?n= ... 6.2025.zip "
because the button that says Looking for the download? This mod's files are on ModHQ. Is empty and says "Failed to load mod data. Failed to fetch"

Give it a closer look on the download options on the first page and here the recent posts. You're trying to use an outdated version.

Can everyone go react with  on the main post so that this shows higher in ModHQ gallery? It's probably our most popular mod

Edit : Sorry for a few more question, after i installed the mod base on this picture.

Image

The Arrow/Pointer seems to be floating around. Does I install it correctly right version or do i miss anything?

Mod works great, got a couple warbonds worth of credits in a short amount of time. Arrowhead can suck it. Now if only we had a way to trick the game into distributing the pre-order armors and event capes.

This mod replaces extraction beacon with smoke signal
https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/10895

Noting for myself so I can reference it later and possibly turn the arrows into beacons, or possibly make them use smoke instead

Turning them into beacons would be AWESOME.
However, as of now the mod is at an excellent state. If I could be so picky ans make a request for the next iteration, would be cool if the colors were more saturated and the long arrows were a bit longer and thicker.
The flicker being gone is a total life changer, but sometimes when the background is too bright I still struggle a little.
That said, what we have now is already A++

Uninstall original mod completely, purge mods on Arsenal, and try reinstalling

Could be me, but the mod seems to be causing crashes on the Illuminate front, sometimes when picking up samples, but mostly on the mission completion (animation of returning to the destroyer).
I'm on RX 7900 XT + 9800x3D and don't see issues with the mod disabled. Haven't done enough debugging to figure out when the crash occurs, but I am sure it never happens on either bugs or bots.

Edit: Disabling most arrows, but for SC, samples and medals seems to make the game stable, idk.
