Is Skyrim redeemable with mods?

For discussing role-playing video games, you know, the ones with combat.

Once Skyblivion comes out the answer will be yes.

What possible reason would there be to play this?

It's the only way I can see Oblivion getting better modding support since Bethesda botched the remaster so hard.

wonder how many people have been playing skyrim for years just doing radiant quests

a certain kind of hell
If you mod the combat to be fun having an excuse to go into random dungeons is fun.
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?

You're probably right but regardless Skyblivion is the only way I can ever see myself installing Skyrim again.
I said better modding support. Modding the OG game is a bit of a pain and it still stutters like a ***** when running through the open world even with all the QoL mods.

Original oblivion suffers because it's 32bit and any kind of graphics mod is liable to make it crash

I've been playing Oblivion for about a month now with zero stutters or crashes its not 2017 anymore.

general answer is yes but not worth the amount of time and energy it requires to do so.

Skyrim Revoiced is new. I've always hated the duplicate voice actors in Bethesda games.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecial ... ods/163710
Vanilla Skyrim has good voice acting, but Bethesda only used a relatively small pool of voice actors to voice over more than a 1000 characters in Skyrim. When walking through any city, it is common to hear the same voices coming from multiple characters. Skyrim Revoiced aims to change that. Thanks to the hard work of a talented team of voice actors, Skyrim Revoiced introduces 14 new voice types for 81 NPCs across Skyrim, covering over 7500+ lines of both vanilla and modded dialogue.
The samples are impressive. It's not a shoddy fan project.

Woah. These are actually great. Both Showcases were so good that none of the voices got on my nerves (unlike other mods that have custom voiced npcs)
