Oh god you guys just reminded me of my forgotten skooma stash at the starting town

I ventured back to Seyda Neen earlier while on the way to Vivec, found some moon sugar on the way there. Dropped it on the floor when i went to trade with Arrille and forgot about it. I went back up to Pelagiad for a sec, was confused when the traders didn't mention my moon sugar, then realised i dropped it. Bolted it all the way back to Seyda Neen to hoover that **** up like a crack addict

Finished the Mages Guild and Temple quests... Caius Cosades' house is starting to fill up. Image
► The Journey So Far...
I'm getting a shady feeling about Hlaalu, and as I've been fighting with the Telvanni for the Mages Guild, they don't feel like an option. So up next joining the Redoran, they seem to be honorable enough.

That's one of the problems with the Elder Scrolls series. A lot of the quests can't be resolved in a heroic fashion.

The feeling I got from Oblivion and Skyrim was that the writers assumed the player was going to join the Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild and all the Daedra cults. Being in conflict with any of those factions was at best an afterthought.

Someone should make a mod that removes all(or nearly all) "dice rolls" from Morrowind.
Looking Glass guys were right when they set out to do that in Ultima Underworld.

When playing a mage, I almost always do both the Guild and House Telvanni but join the Telvanni first (or else loyalties don't make sense), the idea being that I'm playing an infiltrator with the goal of obtaining the Necromancer's Amulet, and that the other infiltrators like the ones up at the Caldera mine are incompetent shmucks blowing our cover. With Llarar Bereloth, I recruit him with the intention of him becoming our toady.

From what I can tell, there is a dice roll associated with how much a bribe helps and with the numbers they picked it is better to make lots of small bribes over a big one.

Setting up shop at Shenk's. My favorite spot. Big Master Suite, lots of containers and display tables. Solo for now until Brother and I get the coop mods/gameplay going. Basically a double playthrough it seems lol. Where do you like to set up shop? My others before were the Ald'ruhn 3 spare bedrooms right outside the Mage Travel point along the left wall of the guild. I think I also set up one or two times at Vivec after moving some NPC's out of rooms with Command Humanoid and rearranging their belongings on the tables and such... Shenk's is my go to though.

► Show Spoiler
Shenk's is also one of my favourites.

I also sometimes use the smugglers boat outside of Hla Oad.
Checked this out a little while ago with my brother playing last night and today, took an early morning shot standing on the boat. It's nice too with the flat surfaces on the boat and a few containers.

Also, there's a nice spot in FAT Leg's Dropoff. You go inside and there's a hatch to the lower left which leads to a collapsed underground cave with a wooden walkway down and 2 sections left and right with tons of boxes and some tables. There's NPC's which you could either Command Humanoid and lead out of the shack or kill off and you got a banger underground smuggler looking den. I don't recall ever seeing this but it's a sweet spot if you put up your own lighting with lanterns/candles and a Mark spell.

When I first found 3 slaves in some cave I just left them bound in place, proceeding to walk back to town to see if there was some option to tell the guards and have them handle the situation, be it through putting them back on the market or deportation or whatever else. :knight: Alas, as intricate as this game's society is, it was too much to hope for such an option so I just freed them.

Better than when a high disposition zesty redguard hits you with the "I like what I see."
