Kevin Graeham, the Fifth Dominion of the Gralsritter, travelling priest, and a heretic hunter from the Trails series. He is one of the 12 holy knights chosen by the Goddess, inducted into their order the Gralsritter, and is blessed with a superpower. He is the pope's right hand holy hitman and is one of the only protagonists in this entire franchise who kills people. Particularly apostate priests.

Kevin Graeham - He seems to be more of an inquisitor than a paladin.
Prince Xander - He has the title, but I don't recall Fire Emblem paladins having any connection to the divine. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you strictly want powers that derive from the actual god/goddess of the setting rather than just the classic aesthetic, then only Kevin and Gepard count. Kevin moreso than Gepard because Trails is a monothiestic universe where there is only one goddess and the Septian Church is not evil (pretty much the only positive depiction of a Christian Church stand in I can think of in RPGs). There is no D&D esque "pantheon" of powerful (but not omnipotent) beings called "gods" like in HSR, where the Aeons are humans who ascended.

Trails takes place in a early modern fantasy setting, so outside of a couple of immortals leftover from the medieval period, they do not wear suits of armor. There are other Dominions (holy knights chosen by the goddess and blessed with her power) and they are not primarily assigned to go hunt people down and kill people. There is Bergard Zeman, the eldest member of the Gralsritter who uses the Kunlun style of hand-to-hand martial arts. There is Gaius Worzel who wields a spear who descends from a nomadic tribe that are neighbors to the empire. There is Thomas Lysander, the vice captain of the Gralsritter, but he poses as a school teacher and prefer to stand in the back casting crowd control spells. The other Gralsritter lean towards the bishounen aesthetic (Wazy who has a monster arm and Leon who is an ice swordsman) or are women (Celis a fire wielding swordsman, and Ein).

It's not just being granted divine power, since clerics, priests, inquisitors, bishops, monks, and others I missed meet that qualification. I'm not even being strict in requiring a deity as long as the power can be described as holy, which is how Final Fantasy handles it. But it needs to also fit the knight archetype, which neither Kevin nor Captain Gepard seem to do so from my admittedly cursory look over, but I'll take your word for it.

However, this says Kevin's debut was 2006, he's been grandfathered in as a not-woman paladin.

Really appreciate the ambient, dream-like vibe of this old GameCube tech demo. It makes me wish Nintendo produced a direct sequel/remake of Mario 64 as a launch title for the system, with this sort of aesthetic. A fan made video really illustrates how uniquely surreal it would all be. Mario hasn't felt like this since, and never will again.

The new game Menace from the Battle Brothers devs needs an immediate mod to fix a terrible development choice.

There were some very bad choices made for the squad commanders in this game.
They are often offensive and/or moderately to extremely annoying.
And they "bark" (audio responses to selection, commands, and events) way too often. You need to reduce it sharply to get to tolerable rates. Maybe down to never, especially for selection responses.

For a start, they're WAY too often women. It's 50% of the choices when you begin the campaign.
You can find more throughout the game and that ratio goes down slightly, but not to a reasonable ratio.
But, frankly, even one is possibly too many in my opinion, though one as a vehicle commander wouldn't necessarily be out of line.
The one female they made a vehicle commander, however, is kind of gross.

The "Jane Darby" as we saw in the demo, who should be something like a cute white redhead maybe with an Irish accent, is an inexplicable smug looking Shaniqua.

She doesn't have a particularly offensive voice, but she has an audible enough "blakkcent" that it would require new audio to match a new graphic.
(Why do ***** worldwide almost always sound in a way that makes them obviously different from humans? It's weird. Everyone else on the planet can talk normally if properly trained. What was wrong with that hominid their ancestors bred with?)

Now just imagine what he sounds like, because that's what they made.
Then add in the niggeriest ****** things to say. Because they did. It's vile. It needs to GO.
Doesn't even sound like a professional soldier. Sounds like a ganbanging minstrel clown.

Otherwise, the game is good technically.
Just bad aesthetically in this one dimension.
Fortunately, it looks like it can be fixed, at least graphically.
I hope a way can be found to replace the sound files.
