Hi everyone! It's Prison Dizzie! Update time??


I've been putting this off. Sorry. It's because I only have awful things to say and I'm tired of having pity parties on the internet! ^^"

I want you all to know that the game isn't dead, though, and neither am I, by the way!

In fact, with every bad thing that happens, my spite increases and I want to finish this ****** game even more. That's what you do when people bully you: you win at life and last as you fade into the sunset on your ski-doo made of solid gold bars. Yes.


Basically, **** Sucks.

I've been in reception for 6 months (The average processing time is 3 months), Canadian prisons are medieval shitholes. I really wanted to keep it positive for y'all but it's been sad for worse- the cops discharged a fire extinguisher in my mouth and forced me to swallow. Because I'm stuck in reception, there are no programs of any kind, no rehab, no psychiatry, no school, no work. All there is to do is fight and get high and I've been doing both. It brought back every bad things about me I had worked past. Like I said before giving myself up, these places are designed to make you a worse person and no one cares. They don't want us better, they want to torture us to satisfy their weirdo revenge bloodlust.


I've been working on a comic of the game to make this time at least a bit productive! I feel that the implied story is being glossed over by a lot of players, so I wanted to bring it up. It's about Mozah's past. It underlines the themes of her journey- the fish that swims down. Unfortunately, cops keep ******* my cell up because I'm public enemy number one due to being a woman not taking their ******** (It was inevitable, really, my mouth is even better than my head).

They damaged it multiple times, going as far as pouring bleach on the folder. They also seized my pencil every ******* time. Even art supplies I had a written permission from program services for. Thankfully cops are above the law so they were able to make those disappear as well by not documenting it in the incident report! After this went up for months, I gave up when I realized I was risking too many finished pages by being so stubborn about completing it in those conditions. They refused to let me give it to Kim, for "security reasons", so I had to exfil the **** thing by concealing it as a document release to my lawyer, bless her, round of applause everyone. Now you can read on it and even see some pages over on Patreon!


What else? Well, I tried to have Kim start doing levels already but it's too complicated since we're only allowed to talk once a day for one hour. Instead, I've been helping her with her own project as a sort of technical director and it's going ******* incredibly. It's called "Morpheme" and it's everything I learned doing Fortune's Run but in a completely new direction. Imaging if the whole game was the goofy switch wiring minigame but it's Metroid Prime meets King's Field. It's going to be so good, and Team Fortune will be publishing it in a staggered release model with Fortune's Run. Both games will share technology and we'll take turns helping each other. This is a dream come true for me and I hope you're all as excited as I am by Kim's contribution to this adventure. I am personally flabbergasted. Oh yea, we're an item. Yea, you all knew that already, stop making faces. And go meet Kim in the server: she's cool.
