Kingmaker/Wrath I have no idea about a good badge that can be made in 22x22. But I have videos of I doing lots of encounters on unfair with a pure RP build.

I played as an necromancer(specialist mage), but in the last fight, I used :

► spell usage

• 5 tier 9/epic spells 3 -> summon planetar and 2 stop time
• 7 tier 8 > 5 * horrid wilting + pierce shield (and forgot to unmemorize the spell trigger)
• 6 tier 7 > 3 finger of death + limited wish + Mordekainen's Sword
• 4 tier 6 spells > Two Invisible stalker + Spell deflection + True sight
• 2 tier 5 spells > Two lower resists<
• 1 tier 4 spell > Greater Malison
• 5 tier 3 spells > 5 skull traps
• Zero tier 1/2 spells. Necromancers can't cast the good low level illusion spells.

And have layed lots of skull traps in the arena before the final fight.

I think the crown sprite from Legends of Amblerand would work for the April badge:
It's only 16x16, though, not 22x22. Actually, that makes all the item sprites from the game about the right size for smilies...

It's at the same level as the ambermoon one but alright
