Okay, put 7-8 hours into this now. It's basically Fallout 4, with all that that statement implies.
The writing is insufferable - woke AND insincere. Women are butch *****, men are simpering *******. The first person you talk to is a ******.
But I do have to say, it's optimized much better than Bloodlines 2. I guess all that Microsoft money buys you enough ****** coders to cobble together at least something smooth.

Gaming as a whole has gotten worse than I ever thought it could, and I’m guessing it’ll actually get worse from here.
