Looks like the sdk for FSR4 leaked or something and someone compiled an int8 version, I dunno, didn't really look into it too hard
anyways, it seems to force fsr4 on rdna2 GPUs, even at the lowest quality it looks significantly better than FSR3(it's a dropin replacement for FSR3, just replace the DLL)

Picture quality is much higher, but the main difference is there's no ghosting/shimmering. Neat.

Saw some reports that it doesn't work too well on windowz, just linux, so idk.

Forgot to add that this means it works on Steamdeck, so Valve might be ****** upon finding out about this.
