Interesting, a game set in Eberron. Is it good?
Not especially, no.
Somehow I missed it, but Demon Stone is out, too.

Avernum 4 and Avernum 5 are sadly extremely linear, unlike the original 3.

ToEE is getting a Steam release by SNEG, don't think there any differences.

They say they are "building on" the work of modders, but there hasn't been any other information on if that means some of the Co8 or Temple+ fixes are included. Unless there's some significant QoL changes, I don't see any reason to get this over what's available on GOG.
Also, they said a September release, so if that holds true I guess they are silently releasing it in the next couple of days. They've done that before, but it doesn't seem like a good strategy.
Speaking of ToEE, I really like the way that information about character abilities, attack rolls, spell descriptions and so on are all hypertext and available from the combat log. I wish more games had followed this.

To Indies considering using AI, my advice would be to try to make the output look less perfect. Something uncanny about AI art, as in, this is too high quality and there's too much of it so I know it's AI.
Validates leftist language, customization has option of "nonbinary".
Don't have screenshots (I uninstalled) but you can check the short discussion on Steam about romance as secondary proof.

Romance settings as stated in the discussion is found in your journal, you can enable just romance, or "romance plus explicit content", to what degree, how is the writing, I have no idea.
Beginning dialogue has option to confess being a vegan, phrased as "I don't eat meat". I doubt it is actually relevant in the game.
Narrative describes minute detail which is not to my taste, I tend to feel that's telling instead of showing.
Don't know if the actual story is good, as that's enough for me to steer clear.
Released today. I played the early access several months ago when someone mentioned it (maybe rusty or @1998?) It's a standalone game in the Lost Eidolons franchise (I never played the other one). It's a tactical roguelight; it seemed to have a good challenge when I tried it.

Released earlier today:
It's heavily Dragon Warrior 1, and good if you like that game. It also adds some randomization once you've played through the first chapter. There are 5 chapters in all that add to the randomization once completed as well as several trials that also unlocks other modes.

I just finished the storyline. It was fun! I liked it.
It took me about 25 hours. A good 10 of those could be shaved off for people who don't fall into grinding. I didn't like the story itself (because I've grown completely intolerant of any story with liberal themes), but the gameplay was interesting. Class gear was well-done, there were several I didn't try but everything I did try was fun to play. Highlights include: the Arcanist, who can start each battle with an unavoidable attack that bypasses all defenses before anything else is checked, including whether the monster in question is going to run or not. It hilariously trivializes the difficulty of farming this game's equivalent of metal/gold slimes. The mage, who elevates raw magical power that scales directly off max MP to new heights; and the pugilist, that not only has decent unarmed damage but scales like crazy off of, of all things, the number of torches in your inventory.
The final chapter was a little too lolrandom for my taste. Normally, gear gives effects that define a class. In the final chapter all gear has completely random effects attached. Thank God, I was able to kludge together a decent full loadout that was reasonably powerful without too much thought. I would have been much more annoyed otherwise.
I probably won't play it anymore. It's a small game; randomization and various game modes aren't enough to keep me interested. But I can recommend it at the price, on sale or not.
